What do you think is true leadership?

Authentic leadership is the ability to influence a team to effectively achieve a common goal. Leadership mainly includes the following elements:

  1. Inspiration and Motivation: True leadership inspires and motivates others, arouses the enthusiasm of the team, and makes them work towards a common goal.
  2. Setting vision: Good leaders can set clear goals and visions, and enable team members to understand and accept these visions and work together for them.
  3. Build trust: Leaders need to demonstrate transparency and fairness in decision-making and actions in order to gain the trust of others.
  4. Effective communication: Good leaders need to have good communication skills, be able to fully express their own ideas, and listen to the opinions of others.
  5. Adapt and learn: Leaders need to keep pace with the times, be able to adapt to change, be willing to learn new knowledge, accept new challenges, and learn and grow from mistakes.
